• Can I return an item that I don't like?

• Do you offer free return shipping?

  Yes, we will email you a prepaid return label with instructions on returning the item(s). Please email us at hello@magnetrx.com to request your return approval with a brief explanation of the return reason. We’ll respond within one business day.

• How long does it take to process the refund?

  Once the returned item is received at our return center, we will process your refund within 2 business days and you’ll be emailed a refund notification. It may take up to 7 days for the credit to show back on your credit card statement.

• What is your return policy?

  If you don't like the product, or if it just doesn't work for you, you may return it within 60 days of receipt. Products purchased from us may be returned for any reason.
