Are MagnetRX products covered under warranty?

All MagnetRX products are covered under warranty. MagnetRX has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for one year after the original purchase date from our website or an authorized dealer. If any parts or mechanics don't work properly and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your item through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, everyday wear, and tear, accidental damage, scratches, lost items, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site or Amazon, the order number will suffice.
If you develop any faults with your products within the first year of ownership, please contact us at hello@magnetrx.com with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and an explanation of the issue.
