Please email us at hello@magnetrx.com to request the extra links.
We will need to following information to process the request.
- Your shipping address
- Bracelet Style/Model (Can provide the order number, a screenshot of the order, or a photo of the bracelet will work)
- The desired length of the bracelet or the number of extra links needed
Once we receive your request, we will reply to you within one business day and ship out the extra links.
Note: If you are placing the order on our website, please contact us immediately after placing the order and we'll include the extra links with the order package.
