If the pin-head to your sizing tool broke, please keep in mind that the sizing tool comes with two extra pin-heads stored in the base of the tool. The bottom door of the tool comes off and you can find the pin-heads in there. You can swap out the pin-heads easily using pliers.
If you have gone through all three of the included pin-heads or are having a different issue with the sizing tool, please contact us and we'll provide you with a replacement tool. Please email us at hello@magnetrx.com and provide your full shipping address with the request.
